LFP x Galforce Graduates celebrate in style

Huge congratulations to all of our Lotus Flower Programme x Galforce graduates!

Today we celebrated 10 incredible women and their completion of the Lotus Flower Programme – a journey of 12 weeks, including interactive workshops and one-on-one mentoring sessions, and topped off with a bond that carries beyond the programme.

The Country Leader at Salesforce Netherlands, Eva Heffernan, congratulates the graduates. She says ‘thank you to each of you that’s graduating today, because it means you put your trust in us, and that we were able to fulfil our commitments to you’. We would like to thank Salesforce for being the most supportive partners for this journey, and to the mentors that put time and effort into creating informative workshops and mentoring sessions.

Thank you to all the women that put their faith in She Matters, and let us be a part of their journeys. We couldn’t be more proud of them and the visible progress that they have made in both professional and personal capacities. This entire programme has been about exactly that, and we owe it’s success to their commitment; to learn, grow and take chances with their new lives in the Netherlands.

Nancy Refki, Employee Engagement Manager at Salesforce, rounded off the ceremony perfectly: ‘The learning was two ways. You taught us about resilience, and about the fragility of the world around us – it’s having the spirit to start from zero again’.
