Not a hand out, but a foot in

As the non-profit arm of She Matters, She Matters Foundation aims to empower migrant women in the Netherlands to enhance their socio-economic standing and leadership skills. We partner with corporations, donors and volunteers to support Dutch labour market integration for these women through our Lotus Flower Programme. Recognised by Dutch tax authorities, we hold ANBI status for our focus on promoting public good.

Our social impact

She Matters Foundation is committed to contributing to 7 of the United Nations' 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) for a better and more sustainable future, with a specific focus on Gender Equality and Women's Empowerment SDGs.

Through our partnership-enabled education and mentoring opportunities, we empower migrant women to transform their existing talent into a driving force for social and economic growth. Our mission not only benefits these women, but also positively impacts the Netherlands and the global economy. We believe that by investing in women, we can create a more equitable and prosperous society for all.
