Facilities & Fleet Manager, EMEA
Our client, a globally recognised lifestyle and footwear company known for its innovative brands, is searching for a Facilities & Fleet Manager to oversee their multi-country operations across the EMEA region. In this role, you'll ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of multiple offices and showrooms, lead a diverse team, and drive compliance across the region. You’ll also play a key part in supporting corporate social responsibility (CSR) and sustainability initiatives. What You’ll Do
- Oversee maintenance, services, and compliance for offices and showrooms in multiple countries, ensuring safe and productive workspaces.
- Manage a team of 5, including facilities coordinators, a receptionist, and a fleet coordinator. Support their growth and development, fostering a culture of accountability.
- Oversee fleet operations in the region, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently. Provide support with fleet reporting and processes as needed.
- Ensure the security, health, and safety of properties across EMEA, working closely with landlords and the Health& Safety Manager to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with global teams to implement sustainability initiatives that align with the company’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) goals.
What You Bring
- Significant experience managingmulti-country facilities and leading teams in a fast-paced, high-stakesenvironment.
- Proven experience coaching anddeveloping teams, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Strong interpersonal skills tobuild relationships with internal stakeholders and external service providersacross regions.
- Exceptional organisational skills to manage complex, multi-location operations.
- Willingness to travel across the EMEA region as needed (approximately once per month).
