She Matters & Salesforce guide newcomer ladies to career excellence

Salesforce is built on risk-taking, exploring bold ideas, and trust. Marc Benioff launched the company when he was able to say, ‘I learned to trust myself.’ Today, Salesforce is the world’s #1 Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform. But its impact goes far beyond tech. It is committed to giving back and a reciprocal relationship at a personal level. And these are backed by trust – to oneself and others. It simply doesn’t work otherwise. That’s also the core of our programming and values. We believe in working from both the head and the heart, with love, dignity, and respect.

‘Listen, really listen. How many of us actually do it? That was my goal today as a proud partner of the European Migrant Advisory Board’s Consultation on the Local Level.’ – Christina Moreno, our founder & CEO.

The European Migrant Advisory Board (EMAB) is an initiative of the Partnership on Inclusion of Migrants and Refugees of the Urban Agenda for the EU. She Matters was there to co-facilitate a workshop on the labour market integration for female newcomers.

A special thank you to our Lotus Flower Alumna ALAA Alturki, member of the EMAB & policy advisor on integration to Gemeente Amsterdam Anila Noor, and all our group for your contribution! Although individually we can make a difference, only together can we bring about change.
