Temporary Assignment Details

Role Overview

We are currently looking for a  skilled Dutch speaking Test Automation Specialist to support our client, a government sector, temporarily, and help them in their digital transformation project. In this role, you'll work within a multidisciplinary SCRUM team. Your role involves collaborating with DevOps staff, automating test activities, executing tests, and conducting functional, user, and chain tests for new software releases.

- Collaborate with DevOps to set up CICD pipeline and acceptance tests.

- Automate and execute necessary test activities.

- Perform functional, user, and chain tests for new software releases.

- Develop and maintain automated tests (unit, functional, accessibility, performance, and security testing).


- Proficiency in written and spoken Dutch.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in test automation with Java and Webdriver.

- Experience in DevOps environments, specifically in K8 infrastructure.

- Functional system and integration testing for complex applications.

- Extracting logical and physical test cases from user stories.

- Minimum 1 year of experience with JavaScript/TypeScript.

- Experience working in a DevOps team.

Technical Skills

- Writing and reviewing code (5+ years preferred).

- Experience with containerisation (Docker), Jenkins, and pipeline scripts (5+ years preferred).

- Manual testing of web applications (5+ years preferred).

- Linux command line scripts (5+ years preferred).

- Comparable roles and assignments (5+ years preferred).

Work Environment

- Office collaboration at least on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
