Our client, a global leader in professional services, is looking for an experienced Manager Data & AI to join their team. This role is designed for someone with a passion for data and innovation in the financial services industry. As a Manager Data & AI, you will work closely with top-tier financial institutions, helping them integrate advanced data strategies to meet their strategic objectives.

The Challenge – What future are you building towards?
In this role, you’ll develop and implement data governance policies, initiate data management programs, and lead data transformation projects using state-of-the-art technologies like data warehouses and data lakes. You’ll also have the opportunity to lead a talented team of data strategists and analysts, providing insights using tools like SQL, Alteryx, Spotfire, and Power BI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Align client goals with effective data strategies, including planning, development, and implementation.
  • Create and customise data governance policies, focusing on data quality (completeness, validity, consistency).
  • Oversee and manage multidisciplinary teams of strategists and analysts in delivering data insights and visualisations.
  • Implement data management programs using the latest technologies like data warehouses and data lakes.

What We're Looking For:

  • A Master’s degree in data analytics, information management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in data analytics or information management.
  • Fluency in Dutch and strong English communication skills.
  • A proactive consultant who enjoys solving complex problems for clients.
