Frederick Rustler is social entrepreneur with a deep-seated passion to change the world around him for the better.
As an RSM alumnus, graduated with MSc in Business Information Management in 2018, Mr Rustler co-founded the Erasmus Center for Entrepreneurship student association to help foster on-campus entrepreneurship.
Next to his studies he was looking for ways to engage with the problems posed by the refugee crisis and founded Restart Network – an initiative that rallied the Dutch tech community to provide over 100 developer jobs to underserved individuals from over 35 different countries. Started in partnership with the City of Rotterdam it has saved 1.5M€ in welfare costs to be paid over the course of 3 years.
Today he continues to strengthen the innovation community as a scout for Techleap, a national initiative by the Ministry of Economic Affairs (EZK) and led by Prince Constantijn van Oranje. He is deeply committed to creating equal opportunity for people regardless of their race, gender or creed and that is why he joined She Matters.
