Emily Bisgaard
Emily Bisgaard
Social Impact Manager

Emily Bisgaard was born in London and raised in Hong Kong to Danish parents. Raised as a third Culture Kid, Emily had a unique international childhood that was surrounded by diversity and inquiry that shaped integral parts of her identity. She was taught that by simply initiating a dialogue with someone, no matter where they come from, you have a chance at creating everlasting impact and connection.

After finishing school Emily went to study for her bachelor’s degree at London College of Fashion, and has spent the last 4 years working at Nike in a variety of capacities, including focusing on projects such as sustainability, identity and the future of influence. Most recently, she was working at Nike EMEA’s Footwear Product Creation Team and working in the social impact space leading the Nike x She Matters Lotus Flower Programme.

Now moving into the next phase of her life, Emily has stepped out of the corporate world and has begun studying to be an International Artist Educator at Artez University in Arnhem. Her interest and passion run deeply in helping women realise their full potential – whether it’s through sports, creating art or landing their dream job. She believes that being yourself is the first step to achieving your goals and wants to support female newcomers on this journey.
